En el marco del Mes del Orgullo, reconocemos a algunos de ellos y celebramos el papel del arte como espacio de reflexión, encuentro y libertad.
Throughout history, art has served as a space to challenge conventions, broaden perspectives, and imagine new ways of inhabiting the world. Long before conversations around identity, freedom, representation, and belonging gained the visibility they have today, many artists were already exploring these questions through the body, desire, memory, and difference.
As we mark Pride Month, we recognize some of these artists and celebrate the role of art as a space for reflection, dialogue, and freedom.

Durante más de tres décadas, Fernando Arias ha desarrollado una práctica artística centrada en la condición humana y las tensiones que atraviesan nuestras sociedades. A través de distintos lenguajes visuales, ha abordado temas como el cuerpo, la sexualidad, la enfermedad, la violencia y los derechos humanos, construyendo una obra de gran fuerza crítica y poética.
For more than three decades, Fernando Arias has developed an artistic practice centered on the human condition and the tensions that shape our societies. Through a range of visual languages, he has addressed themes such as the body, sexuality, illness, violence, and human rights, building a body of work marked by both critical depth and poetic force.
