Alejandro Sánchez —
16ª Bienal Internacional de Arte Contemporáneo de Curitiba
Nos alegra anunciar que nuestro artista representado Alejandro Sánchez ha sido invitado a participar en la 16ª edición de la Bienal Internacional de Arte Contemporáneo de Curitiba, una de las bienales de arte contemporáneo más importantes y longevas de América Latina.
La exposición tendrá lugar en el emblemático Museo Oscar Niemeyer, en Brasil, bajo la curaduría de Royce W. Smith.
Fundada en 1991, la bienal ha recibido más de un millón de visitantes en sus últimas ediciones y se ha consolidado como una plataforma clave para el arte contemporáneo en la región.
We are delighted to announce that our represented artist Alejandro Sánchez has been invited to participate in the 16th edition of the Curitiba International Biennial of Contemporary Art, one of the most established and long-running contemporary art biennials in Latin America.
The exhibition will take place at the iconic Oscar Niemeyer Museum in Brazil, curated by Royce W. Smith.

Libia Posada
— Primera exposición individual en Estados Unidos
La artista antioqueña Libia Posada presenta su primera exposición individual en Estados Unidos, Everything is Going Right, en el Institute of the Arts and Sciences en Santa Cruz.
La muestra reúne obras nuevas y trabajos recientes que exploran el cuerpo como un territorio donde se manifiestan tensiones sociales, políticas y ambientales. A través de materiales como gasas médicas, textiles intervenidos y muletas transformadas, Posada desarrolla una reflexión sobre la relación entre medicina, territorio y experiencia colectiva.
Formada como médica en la Universidad de Antioquia, su práctica artística articula observación clínica y lenguaje artístico para abordar el cuerpo como espacio donde se inscriben tanto lo individual como lo social.

The Colombian artist Libia Posada presents her first solo exhibition in the United States, Everything is Going Right, at the Institute of the Arts and Sciences in Santa Cruz.
The exhibition brings together new and recent works that explore the body as a territory where social, political, and environmental tensions become visible. Through materials such as medical gauze, altered textiles, and transformed crutches, Posada develops a reflection on the relationship between medicine, territory, and collective experience.
Trained as a physician at the University of Antioquia, her artistic practice connects clinical observation with visual language to examine the body as a space where both individual and social conditions are inscribed.

We also take this opportunity to share that our Miami gallery has been invited to participate in the founding of the Latin American & Caribbean Collectors Council (LACCC) at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami.
This new council brings together collectors and leaders committed to strengthening the presence of contemporary art from Latin America and the Caribbean within the museum’s program and collection. We are excited to be part of this initiative!
